We accept Master Card, VISA, American Express and Discover Card.
In addition, personal, certified and cashier's checks along with postal
money order transactions are permitted. Please note we hold
personal checks 10 days until they clear.
Purchase at our store:
Firearms can be purchased or picked up during business hours or by appointment.
Most items can be purchased and taken home immediately.
Exceptions are as follows:
Out of state residents may purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns) in our store as
long as the gun is legal in the state in which they reside.
Handguns must be purchased in your state of residence. If you do not reside in
Pennsylvania we must ship the handgun to a FFL dealer in your home state to
complete the transaction.
The process for selling a gun to an individual who is not picking it up at our
shop is as follows:
1. Find a local gun shop or sporting goods dealer with a Federal Firearms License
(FFL).
2. Have them mail a hand signed copy of their FFL to us.
3. Send us payment via Money Order, Cashiers Check, or call with a Credit Card.
4. When we receive the FFL and Payment, we will ship the firearm to your local gun
shop or sporting goods dealer.
5. You will pick up the firearm from them after following whatever state law’s are
necessary to buy the gun in your state.
The hardest part of the entire process is just the amount of time necessary to set
things up with a local FFL holder and the shipping.

How to Order a Department Gun
An original letter on department letterhead that contains the following information:
The weapon will be owned by the department and will be paid with department funds,
The letter must also grant Gunpoint permission to ship the weapon to department.
It must be signed by the Chief of the department or unit. Some departments may
also need the signature of the Mayor.
Some orders may need a BATF Exemption Certificate.
An original letter on department letterhead should be faxed then the original sent to

| WE DO TRANSFERS If you purchase a gun from another dealer we will transfer the gun in for you. We are providing a "service" therefore there is no sales tax on the transfer fee. You are responsible for paying the sales tax to the State where you purchased the firearm -- we do not collect it from you. When your purchase is complete we will need the FAX or EMAIL address to send a copy of our FFL (Federal Firearms License) so the dealer can ship the gun. We do not send our FFL to individuals. By federal law an individual can ship a gun to any licensed FFL dealer thus does not need a copy of our license. Our transfer fee is: $20 for one firearm. $15 for each additional gun shipped with the same order and from the same dealer/person. |
